Job Summary

Forward Social is seeking a Social Media Associate to assist in growing our team. Forward Social is a Social Media Marketing Agency for the Forward Thinker. We specialize in content marketing, social media management, social media strategy, website creation and SEO. We believe all businesses can benefit and grow with a high-quality digital presence, so we are dedicated to providing an “in house” social media manager experience for each of our clients.

 

Forward Social is a division of Forward Science, a medical device manufacturer and distributor located in Stafford, Texas.

 

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage client social platforms and assist in developing a social media plan and content calendar for clients

• Post content on social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest

• Track and metric successful posts that boost impressions, likes, engagement, and traffic

• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion

 

Social Media Marketing Background

• 1-2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, public relations or advertising

• Knowledge and experience with all social media platforms

• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with

• Experience creating social media content from scratch following best-practice techniques

• Ability to come up with new, creative concepts, and think strategically

• Highly organized, creative and collaborative!

• Direct experience in social media management is a plus
